All units feature luxury plank flooring. This community prohibits smoking/vaping in the entire Premises.

* Pet Policy: 2 pet maximum per apartment along with an additional $400 deposit and $25 monthly pet rent per each pet. Maximum additional charges for 2 pets are $800.00 pet deposits and $50.00 monthly pet rent.
